• Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 72 hours before the event.

• Transfer requests must be made directly to the organiser with proper details.

6. Photography & Videography

• Organisers may capture photos/videos for promotional use.

• By attending, participants give consent to be part of such media.

• Recording, live streaming, or filming the seminar without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

• This is a professional training event; respectful behaviour is mandatory.

• Harassment, misconduct, or disturbance may result in removal without refund.
